We love Orcas Island but were getting tired of long waits, difficulty getting ferry reservations when we needed them, the lack of available parking and ever increasing fares. We saw the need for long term parking near the Orcas Ferry terminal.
A suitable lot became available in early 2002 and since then we have been offering annual parking leases. We bought a neighboring lot a year later to keep up with demand.
With an annual lease you get your own dedicated stall and unrestricted access.
Our lot is a short walk away from the ferry landing, just east of the ferry holding lanes, above the Orcas Village Post Office.
At the top of the ferry loading ramp take a right, and take the first left. Follow the road up the hill past the post office.
